Exploring the relationships between community, nature and language. We take interconnectivity and interdependence as a necessary basis for creativity and community. We reflect on the power of words to bond and grow communities. We acknowledge their power in harming and dividing communities. We view collaboration and creativity as essential to our survival and seek ways and words to nourish these qualities, building community resilience through teaching arts and crafts skills.

We use the craft of letterpress printing to support and document our creative production. We build words by hand, together. We impress our words upon the world. We watch them grow and develop.
At a time when humanity is building new networks of communications we look back to ritual, pilgrimage, nature and the printing press as inspirations for reflecting on our systems and networks of understanding.
